Privacy Policy

The No-Show Scorecard is operated by [LEGAL_NAME], ABN [ABN]. Last updated: July 2026.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through The No-Show Scorecard website, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a free No-Show Scorecard we collect the details you enter in the form:

To prepare your scorecard we also review the publicly visible parts of the booking flow you submit, the same pages any client would see, such as whether a deposit is requested and whether a cancellation policy is shown. We do not access anything behind a login and we do not view any client or appointment data.

Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare and deliver your free No-Show Scorecard and to follow up with you about it, including related offers you may find useful. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to that purpose.

Legal basis

We collect and use your information on the basis of your consent. You give that consent by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Opting out" below).

How we store it

Your details are held in the lead management systems we use to run this service, and in Resend, the email platform we use to deliver your scorecard and any follow-up email. We keep access limited to the people who need it to deliver the service.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their marketing.

Opting out

You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time:

We honour opt-out requests promptly, and every marketing email we send identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link.

Access, correction, and deletion

Send any request to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we will action it as quickly as we can. If you believe we have mishandled your information you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
