1. Who we are

Chairful ("Chairful", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@chairful.com.au. By using chairful.com.au or the Chairful app, you agree to these terms.

2. What Chairful is

Chairful is market intelligence for appointment businesses. We read publicly available pages, such as booking pages, menus and business listings, and present what we observe: prices, ratings, review counts and market position. We show you the market as we hold it; we do not control the underlying pages and they change without notice.

3. Your account

You need an account only to have your market saved and watched. Keep your login details to yourself, give us accurate details, and only connect a business you genuinely represent. We may close accounts that misuse the service or misrepresent a business.

4. Free and paid plans

• The free plan shows you your market view as we hold it.
• Pro is $29 per month in Australian dollars, billed monthly in advance. It keeps your market watched and delivers alerts.
• Pro is month to month. You can cancel at any time, and Pro runs to the end of the period you have paid for. No lock-in.
• Our promise: if we cannot find you at least $500 a month in identified opportunity, you pay nothing; tell us and we will refund the month.

5. The street report

Where we mail a letter with a printed report link, that street report is a one-off purchase of $79 at the link printed on the letter. It is a snapshot of your street at the time it is generated.

6. Fair use

Chairful is for running your own business. Do not resell, scrape, bulk-export or republish our data, use it to spam other businesses, or use it for automated decision-making about individuals. One subscription covers one venue unless we agree otherwise.

7. Data and privacy

We collect what we need to run the service and handle personal information under our privacy policy. The market data we show is drawn from public pages. For reviews we hold ratings and counts as data; we do not republish review text.

8. Accuracy and liability

Market figures are observations of public pages and estimates derived from them. They are estimates only and may not reflect a business's actual results. Make your own commercial decisions; Chairful is intelligence, not advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If a change to the terms matters, we will flag it on the site or by email, and the new terms apply from the date shown. If you keep using Chairful after that date, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts of New South Wales.
