Public records and the public pages your customers already see. For childcare, the national quality register: ratings, licensed places and published fees. For clinics and practices, the fee schedules and booking directories they publish. For salons, booking pages, menus, Google listings and review counts. We read what is public, constantly, and where a business publishes nothing we say so plainly instead of guessing.
