The short answers

Everything owners usually ask us, without the runaround.

What is Chairful?

Market intelligence for Australian appointment businesses. We watch the public market around your venue, salons, barbershops, nail, beauty, brow and skin studios, and show you exactly where you stand: prices, ratings, and how busy the street looks.

Where does the data come from?

The public pages your customers already see: booking pages, menus, Google listings, ratings and review counts. We read what is public, constantly, so you always know your market. We never access anything behind a login, and for reviews we hold ratings and counts as data, never review text.

Is my business already in there?

Likely. We track venues across 10,000+ suburbs, in every state. Look yourself up in the app; where we hold your street thinly, we say so plainly rather than dress it up.

Something about my business is wrong. How do I fix it?

Email hello@chairful.com.au and tell us what is off. We correct inaccurate information about your business promptly, and a human reads every request. If your business has closed or relocated, tell us and we will update our records.

Do I need an account to look?

No. The first look is free and takes about thirty seconds. An account is only needed when you want your market saved and watched.

What does Pro actually add?

The watching. Free shows you your market as we hold it today. Pro, $29 a month, keeps it live: alerts when a rival changes price, when a new venue opens near you, and review-gap tracking, delivered to your inbox. Details on the pricing page.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Pro is month to month. Cancel whenever you like and keep the free look.

I received a letter from Chairful. Is it legitimate?

Yes. We mail personalised reports to businesses we track. The link printed on your letter opens your own report, and everything on it was read from your public pages. Questions: hello@chairful.com.au.

How do you handle my personal information?

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we never sell it. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
